Prohibited and Dangerous Items | HT Pi Fasil

At HT Pi Fasil, the safety of our customers, staff, and shipping partners is our top priority.
To comply with international shipping laws and ensure smooth customs clearance, certain items cannot be accepted, stored, or transported through our network.

Please review the list below carefully before sending any packages to your HT Pi Fasil PO Box.

1. Prohibited and Restricted Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being shipped through HT Pi Fasil:

A. Dangerous and Hazardous Materials

  • Explosives, fireworks, or ammunition

  • Gas cylinders, butane, propane, or oxygen tanks

  • Paints, solvents, or flammable liquids

  • Matches, lighters, or lighter fluid

  • Toxic or corrosive chemicals

  • Radioactive materials

  • Lithium batteries not properly packaged or declared

B. Illegal or Controlled Substances

  • Drugs, narcotics, or any controlled substances

  • Drug paraphernalia or vaping cartridges containing THC

  • Alcohol or beverages exceeding legal shipping limits

C. Weapons and Security Items

  • Firearms, parts of firearms, or imitation weapons

  • Knives, blades, or any sharp objects considered dangerous

  • Tasers, stun guns, or pepper spray

D. Perishable or Biological Items

  • Fresh foods, fruits, meats, or seafood

  • Live animals, insects, or plants

  • Biological materials, blood samples, or lab specimens

E. Valuables and High-Risk Items

  • Cash, coins, or negotiable instruments

  • Precious metals or unverified jewelry

  • Lottery tickets, credit cards, or gift cards

  • Passports, national IDs, or government-issued documents

2. Packaging Requirements

All accepted items must be:

  • Properly packaged and sealed before arrival at our U.S. warehouse

  • Clearly labeled with your HT Pi Fasil PO Box ID

  • Declared accurately on the shipping form

If an item is found to be improperly packaged or undeclared, HT Pi Fasil reserves the right to hold, return, or dispose of the shipment.

3. Inspection and Customs

All packages processed by HT Pi Fasil are subject to:

  • Physical inspection by HT Pi Fasil staff

  • Screening by U.S. and Haitian customs authorities

If a prohibited item is found:

  • It will be immediately confiscated or destroyed according to law

  • The customer may face fines or account suspension

  • In severe cases, the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities

4. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Verify that each shipment complies with U.S. and Haitian shipping laws

  • Ensure that all items are legal and properly declared

  • Pay any applicable customs duties or inspection fees

HT Pi Fasil will not be liable for packages delayed, seized, or destroyed due to the inclusion of prohibited or undeclared items.
