1. General Information

HT Pi Fasil provides package forwarding, PO Box, and delivery services from the United States to Haiti.
These Terms govern your use of our services, website, and customer dashboard.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Account Registration

  • To use HT Pi Fasil services, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • HT Pi Fasil is not liable for unauthorized use of your account caused by negligence or password sharing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of our policies.

3. Use of Services

  • HT Pi Fasil assigns each customer a unique PO Box ID for receiving packages in the U.S.

  • You must ensure that your packages are addressed correctly using your assigned PO Box number.

  • HT Pi Fasil is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address or without a valid PO Box ID.

  • Prohibited items (flammables, weapons, illegal goods, perishables, etc.) will be refused or reported to authorities.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

  • HT Pi Fasil makes every reasonable effort to deliver packages as quickly as possible.

  • Once a package leaves our facility, tracking updates will be available through your client dashboard.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or handling fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including customs or shipping partner issues.

5. Fees and Payments

  • All fees for shipping, handling, and storage are displayed clearly before checkout.

  • Payments must be made through approved methods listed on our website.

  • All transactions are final and non-refundable once the shipment process has begun.

  • Failure to pay may result in withheld packages or account suspension.

6. Package Storage and Abandonment

  • Packages may be stored for a limited period after arrival in Haiti.

  • If a customer fails to claim or pay for their package within the specified time, HT Pi Fasil reserves the right to dispose of, return, or resell the package to cover storage costs.

  • HT Pi Fasil is not responsible for unclaimed packages after 30 days.

7. Liability

  • HT Pi Fasil is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by incorrect labeling, prohibited items, or external shipping carriers.

  • Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the declared value of the shipment, and only if optional insurance was purchased.

  • HT Pi Fasil shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Customs and Regulations

All shipments must comply with U.S. export laws and Haitian import regulations.
HT Pi Fasil is not responsible for packages delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs due to missing documentation or restricted items.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the HT Pi Fasil website (including text, logos, graphics, and software) is owned by HT Pi Fasil and protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website without written permission.

10. Termination

HT Pi Fasil reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Non-payment or misuse of services

Upon termination, all outstanding balances must be paid immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
All changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage customers to review this page regularly.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Haiti and, where applicable, the State of Florida, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved under these jurisdictions.
